Our Process

​

1. Intake: First, we gather some basic information about you. We can determine whether you're eligible for expungement by completing our intake form.

2. Initial Consultation: After getting your intake information, we schedule a meeting for you to talk one-on-one with a skilled attorney about your case's details. 

3. Preparation and Filing: We make the experience easy and worry-free by ensuring all the paperwork is correctly filled out and submitted to the proper court. Then we give all the necessary agencies notice of the expungement action and set your case for a hearing.  

4. Representation: We will represent you in court, passionately advocate for your case, and answer any questions the judge or another attorney might ask. 

5. Post-Expungement Services: After the court grants your expungement, we will submit a Criminal History Update Request to the OSBI and provide guidance on updating your records.

Cost

​

Our full expungement service costs a flat fee ranging from $1,500 to $2,500, depending on the issues. This payment covers all the necessary filing fees, including the $150 fee to update your criminal record with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation. We will give you a quote during the initial consultation. 

Limited-scope services range from $500 to $1,000, depending on your needs. However, unlike our complete expungement service, our limited scope rate may not cover the applicable filing fees. During the initial consultation, we will establish our mutual responsibilities. We will give yo a quote based on our discussion.
