We use a hybrid in-person and virtual law office to let clients choose how they want to interact at flexible hours. They can schedule meetings by contacting us directly, through social media, or using our scheduling link and can meet with us by phone, video conference, or in-person at our office.

Meet Our Founder - Allison J. Martuch

Allison has over six years of complex civil litigation experience. She has worked on hundreds of cases in an array of practice areas such as personal injury, contracts, real and personal property, family law, among others. However, none compare to her work in bad faith health insurance. Allison has gone up against some of the biggest health insurance companies in the country in both state and federal court.

 

Allison received her Bachelor's degree in Political Science and an Associates in Legal Philosophy at Saginaw Valley State University. Originally from Michigan, Allison moved to Oklahoma to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she earned her J.D. and graduated with honors in 2019 and was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar soon afterward. Allison is admitted to practice in the  Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and appeared in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
