TERMS: Making an appointment and/or attending a consultation with Martuch Law does not create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee legal services without a signed written client engagement agreement provided by Martuch Law. We may decline to provide legal services at our sole discretion. An initial consultation is for informational purposes only. Nothing during a consultation is intended to be and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Martuch Law only provides legal advice to clients who have formed an attorney-client relationship as described above. Nothing during a consultation whether by statement or act is, and should not be interpreted, as a guarantee or promise of any outcome or result. Martuch Law may refuse a consultation for any reason that would constitute a violation of the Oklahoma Professional Rules of Conduct or other ethics violation. Martuch Law may immediately end any consultation where its continuation would constitute a violation of the Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct or other ethics violation.
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: Martuch Law is not responsible for the security of any information sent to us that was not approved as a secure channel or method. Do not use social media platforms to send confidential information or while using an insecure network or a shared server.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Martuch Law may, at its discretion, do either of the following in the event of a cancellation without advance notice of at least two (2) two hours prior to the scheduled time: (a) Refuse to reschedule the consultation, or; (b) Charge a cancellation fee of up to $50.00 to reschedule.
